**Review/ My experience with the product:
Lakmé Peach Milk Moisturiser is a light pink, beautiful smelling moisturizer that come in an opaque bottle. Small pearly white bottle looks so gorgeous and it is a plastic bottle. It has flip open top and product comes out easily. So, packaging bags good score. Moving on…
This is a water-based formula and is light in nature, hence perfect for summers. However, I got this moisturizer in freezing January and soon realized that, it wasn’t a smart choice a hydration desperate skin and that too in winters. But, I could feel this isn’t that bad when moisturizing factor is considered and will definitely work in summer. Guess, what I was right. This moisturizer is good one for summers. People with oily to combination will love this one. But, one thing to note, if you are some who prefer products free of parabens, then I think you should reconsider buying this one. Looking at the ingredient list, I could spot some “Paraben” present in this product, which are not good for our skin. I guess, ingredient list did not impress me much.
Talking about how it works on your skin, I have tried this lotion both in summers and in winters. And I would say, Lakmé peach moisturizer performed good. I needed very small amount of this lotion to moisturize my skin nicely. It did not feel greasy at all and made my skin feel soft. The best thing about this lotion is its smell. OMG, I love it. It smells precisely same as the Lakmé peach moisturizer does. Overall, performance wise this one did not fail me.
Okay, now moving on to “long term goodness”. It didn’t do anything special to my skin. It is just a product that I would grab every time I wash my face but, is not my go to moisturizer at the same time.
Does this product make me break out?
In my case, no it did not make me break out. But, then this varies from person to person. For someone it may make them breakout, I can’t really comment on that. Considering, it is water based, it probably should not cause any pimples. Hope, that helps.
Overall, I would say, go ahead with this moisturizer if you are looking for something that is light in nature and smells beautiful.
Does it contain SPF?
Nope. But, there is another version of this moisturizer that comes with an SPF.
Where to buy?
You can find this lotion in any drugstore. Alternatively, try it online with amazing offers at Nykaa and Amazon.
Will I recommend this?
The ingredient list did not impress me much. I personally prefer products free of parabens. So, I might not buy it again for myself. But yes, you may consider this one if you don’t mind parabens in your beauty products. If we minus the parabens present in it, I love this moisturizer.
I will rate it 3/5
