Nykaa Beauty Haul: Innisfree, The Face Shop and more

The past few months have been little busy and hectic for me as I was buried under lots of work that, I hardly had time, to even check my messages from family and friends. There wasn’t much interesting going on but, work, work and more work. Lots of work and stress was taking toll on my skin and health as I had no time to take care of myself. My skin has become drier and duller than it was ever before. So, it was high time to relax and start paying attention to myself. So, planned to invest in skin care and also get a  quick Shoppingfix. So, I placed an order with Nykaa to buy some skin care and make up. Yes, even buying skin care and cosmetics does count as shopping to me and, it does provide me my dose of Shoppingfix.

So, I logged into my Nykaa account and placed a huge order. At least, bill -wise it was huge. Finally, here I am with the haul!! I received this Nykaa parcel, four days ago from the day I am writing this blog post.

There are few re stocks and few new buys in this haul. I will try all the new products for a month and will update you guys about how they performed for me by creating detailed and brutally honest reviews in upcoming blog posts. So, make sure you subscribe to blog. All the other updates about blog can be found on my Insta. Make sure you do follow me there as I post regularly on IG. [Links at the bottom of this page]

Lots of talking already and let’s start today’s haul.

The Face Shop Chia Seed Hydrating Facial Toner

The first product that I ordered was this face toner from The Face Shop. I have heard so many good things about this K beauty and super hyped facial toner. Earlier, I was using a toner from Plum, which was good and was alcohol free. I prefer toners that are alcohol free and so should you. When I ran out of it, I had to get a new one. So, decided to try the K-beauty one as I was also curious to try K-beauty products. This is again alcohol free and is hydrating one (good for dry skin). So, the hyped toner kind of convinced me to add it to my cart and try it for myself to see what the hype is all about. High hopes from this one. Let’s see how it performs and if, it is worth the hype or not.

Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask

Another, K-beauty hype. This clay mask from Innisfree is actually the best seller among all of the Innisfree products and I wanted to try it out for myself. Though, I have dry skin but, at the same time the white heads and all other gunk is never ready to leave my face. So, had to get something that would help my pores stay clean. I heard a lot about this clay mask and thought to give it a try. I am skeptical to pick the clay masks, fearing that they may make my skin more dry. But, the lovely things circulating about this clay mask led me invest in to it. Let’s see how well this one performs or is simply “money wasted”. Will update you soon on this one.

Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Waterproof Mascara (Very Black Noir Intense)

Okay, this one is well know mascara. And I ran out of mine or you may say it got dried up. So, had to get a new mascara quickly. I planned to give this Maybelline one a shot this time Earlier, I was using the L’Oreal Paris Volume Million Lashes Mascara. I have loved it so much and was little hesitant to switch to other mascara. But, then thought let’s give other brands a chance too. Also, the Loreal one was little costly. And the Maybelline one is little more affordable. Mascara is something I wear regularly. So, did little Maths and read few reviews here and there. Finally, it’s here –on my Vanity and now on my blog too. And off course, I will be writing a review on this popular and inexpensive mascara from Maybelline soon.

Maybelline New York The Colossal Kajal 24HR Smudge Proof Deep Black

Another, very popular product from Maybelline. I am girl who never steps out of her house without drawing those intense black lines on her upper and lower waterlines. And, I am a huge fan of Plum Nature Studio All-Day-Wear Kohl Kajal. Did not feel like switching to other Kajals, but somehow convinced myself to go with more affordable option this time. And, what could be better than starting with Maybelline New York The Colossal Kajal. I have heard very good things about this one. So, planned to give it a try. Otherwise, I have my Plum one and am happy with that.

L’Oreal Paris True Match BB Cream – Honey

This next one was a restock option. My BB cream was over and wanted to restock it. So, I bought it again. I love this BB cream so much. I got the Shade honey. There are other good BB creams too but, this one has kept me happy so far. So, no switching this time. I will soon review this BB cream on my blog. So, stay tuned for that.

The Face Shop Jeju Volcanic Lava Volcanic Ash Nose Strip –

I got this nose strip, just to try it out. It was only 50 INR for one strip. As we all know, our nose is the nastiest on whole of our face and most of gunk accumulates here, clogging all the pores and later leading to white heads, black heads and what not. So, got this one from The Face Shop. Hope it works. However, some people say, nose strips are not very effective. Well, I overlooked those negative review and planned to give it a shot. I will update you guys with this nose strip –its performance—soon. If this product succeeds to impress me then, I will buy more in future. Otherwise, I have some very effective hacks to remove blackheads from your nose. Leave in the comments, if you love to hear those.

Lastly, I received some freebies along with this package. So, let’s talk about them now. OH, Free stuff makes me so happy especially if it is skin care 😊

[Free] Nykaa Pretty In Pastel Nail Enamel – Pink Malibu 186

First, I received this gorgeous pink nail polish from Nykaa. Its from their own nail polish collection. Somehow, I was eligible to receive this product free of cost. However, they did ask me to pick a shade. So nice of Nykaa. I picked the shade 186, because I love pink nail polishes and, also it was perfect shade for summers. I did try it already. See the swatch below –yes, I am horrible at painting my nails. Ha Ha. And that’s the reason, I am yet not ready to teach make up on my blog.

[Free] The Face Shop White Seed Brightening Discovery Kit

I was super excited to this receive this White Seed Brightening Discovery kit from The Face shop. It has three miniatures inside the box –32ml (Toner), 32 ml (Lotion) and 10 ml (serum) small bottles. I mean, who gives so much product for free? I will included this mini kit in my daily night time skin care routine, just to try it out and decide if I should go for full sized products or not. If completely impressed by these products, I am going to order the full-sized packages as soon as I finish these ones. I am glad, that I received these miniatures before I invest in full-sized as they are little costly. Skin care do need little investment after all.

[Free] Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Color Clay Mask – Cica 10ml

Another freebie. This time it is  Jeju Volcanic Color Clay Mask from Innisfree. I guess this one is from their new launches on Nykaa. They have different colored clay masks for different skin concerns. I got two 10 ml tubes of Cica. So, that makes a 20 ml of the product. I am so excited to try these out. I may buy full sized products, if these succeeds to impress me. And obviously, I will update you guys as how this clay mask worked for me.

I was really lucky to have so many free stuff. However, the rest of them was brought from my own money. Do check Nykaa, as it has amazing offers going on every now and then. It is one of my favorite stop to buy cosmetics.

That’s all for this haul and today’s blog post. I hope you guys enjoyed and also had a sneak peak of future review blogs posts and about the products I am interested in. Hope these give you some inspiration to try some for yourself. I will be reviewing these soon on my blog. But, first I have to try them for good one month. Because, I want to be sure of what I think of the product and then write honest reviews—after all, that was the main motto when I started blogging, to write honest reviews.

That’s all for extra talking. I will wind up here. Please make sure to Like. Share. Subscribe. And I will see you soon with another haul.
